This page explains what personal data Urbeazul collects through this website, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights.
Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect
We only collect the data you send us: the name, email, subject and message in the contact form, or the details you give us by email or phone.
What we use it for
We use this data to reply to your request and, where relevant, to follow up on a visit, a proposal or a project. The legal basis is your request, that is, the steps taken before a possible contract. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up on the contact, or for as long as the law requires.
Third-party services
The website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives the contact form messages. The Contacts page shows a Google Maps map, which may use Google cookies when it is displayed. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Cookies
The Urbeazul website does not use its own advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, or object to its processing. Just write to info@urbeazul.pt. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
Consumer information
In the event of a consumer dispute, consumers may use an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity. The list of these entities is available on the Consumer Portal (in Portuguese).
